RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. This reservation request won´t be available until the moment you receive the hotel confirmation, within two working days from the day you completed and submitted the request. Within those two days you are allowed to cancel or make modification requests for your booking. 2. Once confirmed, any kind of modification requests are treated according the availability and the rates the hotel set. 3. No show policy: In case of no show, the hotel reserves the right to refuse future reservations of this client. 4. The hotel has the liberty to accept or refuse last minute modifications concerning the client identity or his accommodation. 4a. Under no circumstances Hotel Palia Dolce idleness may be reserved by customers in France nationalized. For booking, contact our partner Look Voyages. 5. The price indicated in the reservation request does not include any additional fees that could be charged at the hotel after checking-in, the same as other extra charges that the client will enjoy during his stay and which are not included in the confirmed reservation. 6. Payment Methods a. Credit card payment: A deposit of 15% of the total reservation price will be required at the confirmation of the booking. The rest of 85% will be charged at the check-in procedure. If, for any kind of reason, you choose to cancel the booking, the pre-payment of 15% charged at the beginning will not be refund, being applied for cancelations fees and administration surcharges. b. Bank Transfer Payment : A deposit of 15 % of the total booking price within 5 working days is required after submitting the reservation. The rest of 85 % will be charged at the check-in procedure. If, for any kind of reason, you choose to cancel the booking, the pre-payment of 15% charged at the beginning will not be refund, being applied for cancelations fees and administration surcharges. c. Invoice: The hotel deliberates a receipt with the total amount of the booking. If you request an official invoice, you will receive it within 7 days after the check-out at your home (office) address. 7. Credit cards accepted: a. Visa b. MasterCard c. American Express d. The credit card payment procedure is offered by Banco de Sabadell,S.A., Pl. Sant Roc, 20 08201-Sabadell, registered in the Commercial Registry Office of Barcelona, page B-1561, NIF A08000143. The Palia Group is not responsible for fraud arising in the virtual POS system. 8. Changing the hotel: In the exceptional case in which the hotel will not be able to accommodate one or more clients with confirmed bookings, the hotel will provide them accommodation in another hotel of equal or higher category, if possible in the same area, with any extra charge for the client. 9. Liability insurance and guest complains: the hotel has a liability insurance policy in case of damages caused to its clients during their stay or during their activities in the hotel. 10. Circumstances beyond control: The agreement accorded in the related contract won't be available in case of circumstances beyond control such as: war, strikes, disasters, epidemics and other similar situations that could affect the origin client´s country or Spain.
11. Confidentiality policy: The hotel is committed to maintain the upmost confidentiality of the conditions and accommodation signed by the client. 12. The hotel has complains forms available for the clients, if you need to make complaint concerning the hotel services. 13. In case of legal claims, the hotel and the client submit to the local jurisdiction of the place the contract was signed. Privacy policy In according with the provisions to the Law 15/1.999, please be informed that all the information voluntarily provided to us, will be included in a database file of which will be responsible Palia Group, whose work address is Passeo Mallorca, 32A(Entlo), in Palma de Mallorca-07012 , and it will be used with the maximum of confidentiality and security.
All the personal data provided are collected only and exclusively to comply with the booking request, and it can be used by all the relates companies linked to the management for the correct fulfilment of the contract. Please be advised that you have the right to access and consult, correct or cancel the information provided, addressing to the following department: Legal Department- Palia Group Paseo Mallorca no. 32A- Entlo., Palma de Mallorca, CP 07012. The date base the company use for keeping the clients personal information fulfils all the security measures that guarantees the confidentiality and security of the processing data , therefore we assure and guarantee total security of the information provided.
